Within the past few years the Boston area was targeted along with San Francisco, California and Austin, Texas as one of the three greatest places to live and work based on the availability of talent and technology as well as a tolerance for a variety of beliefs and values. Communities supported by our businesses and educational institutions and the desire to live here increasing the pressure to buy property in Boston, Cambridge and Somerville. So, for the foreseeable future, the market is strong with good demand, but subject to fall and winter seasonality.
