Private Showings
I will coordinate private showings of homes for us to preview together so I can gain a full understanding of the characteristics and features most desired in your new home
Open House Schedules
I will provide schedules in advance and help you choose which properties best match your needs to save you time and energy while visiting Open Houses.
Fair Market Value
I will provide comprehensive market statistics to help you make an educated decision about fair market value for the home – as a short or long term investment – before you submit an Offer to Purchase.
Negotiation Strategies
I will explain the Offer to Purchase process and many contingencies available for your protection as a home buyer as well as share with you proven negotiation strategies.
Home Inspections
I will attend home inspections with you to ensure we ask the questions necessary to fully understand the conditions and severity of any problems discovered by your home inspector.
Transaction Coordination
I will work closely with your attorney and mortgage lender throughout the transaction to help resolve challenges that may arise and ensure all deadlines are met for timely processing.
Smooth Closing
I will help coordinate the Buyer Walk-Through prior to Closing and do everything possible to help ensure you have a smooth Closing!
