Before hiring a Buyer Agent to help you purchase a new home – ask family, friends and colleagues for referrals of Agents they have worked with recently in the past few months.  Request a meeting to interview more than one Agent and ask for several recent Client References.

Before hiring a Listing Agent to help you sell your home – ask family, friends and colleagues for referrals of Agents they have worked with recently in the past few months.  Request a meeting to interview more than one Agent and ask for several recent Client References. 

Seller TIP:  A great way to interview a potential Listing Agent is by visiting an Open House they are hosting and pay close attention to their knowledge of the property, how they treat visitors and their marketing materials.
